The daily COVID case numbers in Monroe County appear to have leveled off.
There were 178 new confirmed cases on Tuesday. That brought the daily average for the past week down to 209.
Two-thirds of the lastest cases are in people under 40.
The positive test rate dropped a tenth of a point to 2.9 percent.
