Area police agencies are teaming up to curb illegal dirt bikes.
Rochester and Irondequoit police, and the Monroe County sheriff's office, reportedly will announce a top line for citizens to report dirt bike and ATV issues.
Police say the focus is on education, enforcement and public awareness.
A man and a boy were killed in recent crashes in Rochester involving illegal dirt bikes. And drivers have complained about dirt bikes causing safety issues on the road.
