The elementary school principal arrested last week for allegedly molesting nine boys at school has a court date today in Greece.
Kirk Ashton has a preliminary hearing to determine probable cause for the charges, but the hearing will be canceled if a grand jury hands up an indictment before the hearing.
Ashton was suspended as the principal at Northwood Elementary School when the investigation began.
He is being held on one-half million dollars bail.
