New York State Police say a Genesee County man is dead and another man injured after an ATV crash in Oakfield. Troopers say the crash happened late last night when 43-year-old Thomas Butler of Oakfield was riding with a 55-year-old passenger. As the ATV drove up Bliss Road and crossed Lockport Road, it hit a rock embankment. That caused the ATV to roll several times, throwing Butler and his passenger off. Butler was found dead at the scene. The passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries and was airlifted to the Erie County Medical Center. Neither man was wearing a helmet.
