Batavia police have made arrests in two separate rape cases.
Thirty-four-year-old Kyle Gugel is accused of violating a protective order and committing a rape on March 18. He's also charged with burglary.
Nineteen-year-old Hezekiah Burch is accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 15 several times over a month. He faces two counts of rape and other charges.
