A Walworth man has been arrested for stalking after he allegedly sent dozens of threatening letters to nearly a dozen current and retired post office employees. State Police say they arrested 61-year-old Timothy Bilak, a retired postal carrier, and charged him with mailing the threatening letters. He's being held at the Wayne County Jail.
