A parolee has been indicted for a homicide last June on Lake Avenue in Maplewood.
Twenty-four-year-old Treyquan Davis is charged with second-degree murder for the shooting death of 22-year-old Jorge Luis Bonilla.
Davis was paroled in 2019 after serving time for a deadly shooting that happened when he was 15.
Davis has been in custody since December for violating his parole in a car chase with state police and DWI.
