Another woman is coming forward claiming sexual misconduct by Governor Cuomo.
Attorney Gloria Allred claims her client, a married woman, says the governor grabbed her face and kissed her without her consent outside her home.
She also alleges to have photographic evidence. Several women have accused the governor of sexual harassment or inappropriate remarks and physical contact since late February.
