Rochester Police are identifying the victim of the city's latest homicide.
Police say 30-year-old Garry Robinson was found shot to death near a sidewalk on Forbes Street, on the city's west side.
He was shot around 7:30 last night.
No one has been arrested.
It is the tenth homicide in the city this year, compared to five at this time last year.
