Nine more people have died of COVID-19 in Monroe County.
The health department reports the deaths occurred between March first and March 11th, bringing the death toll to 1,183.
There were 123 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 since the last update.
The 7-day rolling average of new cases is 112 new cases per day.
The average positivity rate is holding steady at 1.5 percent.
The health department says as of today, 25.4 percent of eligible Monroe County residents have gotten at least one dose of the COVID shot.
Meanwhile, another COVID-19 death is confirmed in Seneca County.
It's the 67th in the county since the pandemic began.
No details were released about this latest victim.
