The woman who was pepper-sprayed, handcuffed, and charged with trespassing in front of her 3-year-old child, reportedly failed to show up for a court hearing.
13WHAM reports a judge has issued an arrest warrant for the woman.
She was stopped by police last month on Portland Avenue, after they were called to the area for a report of someone stealing from a drug store.
The officer involved has been placed on administrative duty until an internal investigation is finished.
