Another woman has come forward with a claim of inappropriate conduct against Governor Cuomo.
Anna Ruch told "The New York Times" that Cuomo made an unwanted advance toward her at a wedding in 2019.
She claims Cuomo put his hand on her lower back, then placed his hands on her cheeks and asked if he could kiss her. The Times published a photo taken by the woman's friend.
Cuomo is already facing allegations of sexual harassment by two former aides.
He's apologized for his actions, but insists he was being playful and didn't mean to be insensitive or offensive.
