A Newark sex offender is accused of having sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl in Wolcott.
33-year-old Matthew Hagar is charged with criminal sex act.
Hagar was convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl back in 2008.
Hagar was arraigned and is due back in Wolcott Town Court Saturday.
