Rochester police are investigating separate shootings, minutes apart, northwest of downtown.
A 14-year-old boy was shot and wounded around 10 last night. near Lyell and North Plymouth avenues.
And a 26-year-old man was shot and wounded around 10:30 on Lake Avenue, near Flower City Park.
Both victims are expected to survive, and police have made no arrests in either shooting.
