Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren reportedly is scheduled to make a virtual court appearance today in the criminal case against her and two co-defendants.
She and the 2017 treasurers for her re-election campaign and her political action committee are accused of shifting funds to bypass limits on campaign donations.
The case is being heard in Monroe County by a Cayuga County judge.
Warren's request to move the trial out of the Rochester area was denied.
