UPDATE: Rochester police are identifying a man shot and killed last night on Lyell Avenue.
It happened around 10:30, west of Broad Street.
Officers responding to a ShotSpotter activation found a woman with a gunshot wound, and Tyshawn McConniughey shot to death in a vehicle in a parking lot.
Around the same time, two men with gunshot wounds showed up on their own at the hospital. The RPD has now confirmed the two were victims of the Lyell Avenue shooting.
The shooting happened a few blocks away from the area where a man was shot and wounded yesterday afternoon.
