Rochester police have made an arrest in a fatal shooting at a Halloween party on State Street. They say 27-year-old Tireek Burden of Rochester was arrested today, and charged with second degree murder and possession of a weapon for the shooting death of Travis Johnson.
Burden had a handgun in his possession when he was arrested. He was taken into custody by Rochester and Greece police officers.
A second victim, Glenn Burden, was also shot at the party and died later at the hospital. Tireek Burden is not charged with that crime.
