A Monroe County grand jury has handed up an indictment in a deadly shooting last month in Rochester.
Tywayne Ivery is charged with second degree murder and a handgun charge in the shooting December 11th on North Clinton Avenue that killed 24-year-old Chrishon Youmas.
Marshals arrested Ivery on December 19th.
