Congressman John Katko is backing the impeachment of President Trump.
Katko is the first House Republican to sign onto the impeachment resolution.
He calls it his duty to back Trump's removal due to the President's incitement of the riot at the Capitol last week.
Meanwhile, another local GOP Representative, Tom Reed, is endorsing censure of the President.
