A teenager is charged with murder in a fatal shooting Tuesday on North Clinton Avenue.
16-year-old Elijah Rosa is accused of killing 19-year-old Johnel Ravenell with a gunshot to the upper body.
Rosa is being held in the county Juvenile Detention Facility.
