The Rochester metro's unemployment rate has ticked down again.
The state Labor Department reports the local jobless rate is down to 5.6%
That's an eight-tenths of a percent drop from the 6.4% rate in October.
The unemployment rate was up from the 3.9% figure from November 2019.
