Rochester has had its 48th homicide of the year.
Police were called to 50 Resolute Circle yesterday afternoon for a report of gunshots...and they found a man lying in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. He died at the scene despite lifesaving measures. A second victim was found at a nearby apartment building and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he's in critical condition.
Police say both men were in the parking lot when someone started shooting at them. They don't know what started the shooting.
