The state's COVID-19 rent relief program will resume taking applications today at 9 a.m. -- and more renters will be eligible for help.
Eligible households no longer have to have been considered "rent-burdened" before the pandemic.
Applicants must have lost income between the beginning of April and the end of July, and household income before March must have been no more than 80 percent of the median income.
