A serial bank robber has been arrested again.
Rochester police say 61-year-old parolee Sylvester Reed held up the ESL Federal Credit Union on Merchants Road yesterday.
As police pursued his getaway vehicle, Reed crashed into a house. He was treated for minor injuries then jailed on robbery and grand larceny charges.
He's also a suspect in a robbery yesterday morning at an ESL branch in Irondequoit. According to news archives, it's the same branch he was arrested for robbing in 2014 and 2016.
