New Yorkers won't have to wait much longer for Governor Cuomo's next plan to slow the spread of COVID-19. The governor said yesterday he'll make an announcement tomorrow during his regularly scheduled coronavirus news briefing.
Right now, the statewide COVID-19 positivity rate is sitting at five-point-four percent.
The governor is already asking hospitals to work together as their caseloads increase over the next few weeks.
