COVID-19 continues to spread out from a Seneca County nursing home.
The Health Department confirms 39 of 51 cases reported Wednesday stem from Huntington Living Center in Waterloo.
At least 21 staff members and 34 residents with the virus, and 3 people have died of the illness this week.
