Monroe County Republican Chairman Bill Napier has a new role.
The state GOP has announced Napier will serve as the Finger Lakes Regional Finance Vice-Chairman.
State Chairman Nick Langworthy says Napier will serve in a critical position, as the party gears up to challenge Andrew Cuomo in the 2022 gubernatorial election.
