Nine staff members and 6 youth have tested positive for COVID-19 at the Monroe County Children’s Detention Center.
Officials say the infected staff members are isolating at home, and detendees with the illness are being quarantined away from everyone else.
The Center will not be taking in any additional youth until further notice
The state is working with the Center to maintain adequate staffing.
