Hilton Man With Alleged White Supremacist Ties Faces Weapons Charge

A Monroe County man with alleged ties to a white supremacist group has been charged with being a felon in possession of firearms.

Federal prosecutors say 31-year-old Stephen Reed Pattison of Hilton was arrested October 30th on a warrant accusing him of being a parole absconder.

He was on parole from a domestic assault case in the State of Missouri.

In the months leading up to his arrest, Pattison aggressively and sometimes violently expressed his disagreement with protests against the deaths of George Floyd and Daniel Prude.

In a series of Facebook posts, he also expressed support for white supremacist groups.

He's also believed to be an affiliate of a group in Rochester called "Blood and Honour," which is part of a neo-Nazi organization known as "Combat 18."

Investigators got a warrant to seach Pattison's home, seizing various firearms and evidence suggesting his involvement with white supremacist organizations.
