The Monroe County Grand Jury has handed up a murder indictment against a Greece woman.
Thirty-two-year-old Yazmin Moody is charged with burglary and second-degree murder in the stabbing death of Daniel Baldwin on November 6.
Baldwin was killed outside a home on Wilkins Street.
Police said Moody and Baldwin knew each other, but the stabbing was not domestic violence.
