A Rochester man has been sentenced to 21 years in prison for his part in a drug trafficking ring.
Federal prosecutors say 23-year-old Obed Torres Garcia ran cocaine and heroin from Puerto Rico, and also shot at rival gang members several times.
Garcia suffered a brain injury in a shootout with officers during a January 2018 raid on Burbank Street.
