The Monroe County grand jury has indicted the parolee who was arrested last month for a summer homicide.
Jamil Knox is charged with second-degree murder and two weapon counts in the August 4th shooting death of Alondo Lathrop Jr. on Wabash Street.
Knox was paroled last year after serving time in state prison for a felony weapon conviction.
