The man who shot Rochester Police Officer Anthony DiPonzio as a teen has been indicted on felony drug charges.
26-year-old Tyquan Rivera was arrested last month, as officers say he had fentanyl and cocaine in his vehicle.
Rivera still faces charges stemming from a fatal crash back in June, as well as from an August domestic dispute.
