Travelers coming into New York state from a non-bordering state are being told they need to have proof of a negative COVID-19 test within three days of arriving. Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Saturday he's doing away with the multi-state quarantine advisory list and replacing it with a new blanket testing policy. Those arriving with a negative test must then quarantine for three days and then take another coronavirus test on the fourth day. Those not wishing to be tested either before or after arriving in the state must quarantine for 14 days. The Governor gave no indication as to how his new policy might be enforced.
