A new record number of COVID-19 tests is being reported in New York state.
Some 168,000 test results yesterday showed a statewide positivity rate of 1.48 percent, while there's a 3.24 percent positivity rate in all micro-cluster zones.
In addition, 19 people died yesterday from the virus in the state.
Cuomo said it's important for New Yorkers to stay vigilant as winter approaches and COVID fatigue sets in.
