Fourteen parents, teachers, landlords and business owners are suing Monroe County and the state over their COVID-19 regulations.
The plaintiffs claim the executive orders from state and local officials are illegal and violate their constitutional rights.
The parents claim their children are being denied a proper education and a gym owner says his business has been harmed.
They are seeking an injunction to block the regulations.
County Executive Adam Bello is defending the measures taken to stop the spread of the virus.
