The first happened shortly before 9 last night, a few blocks south of Driving Park Avenue.
Police say a 43-year-old man was struck and killed by a drunken driver when he was crossing the street outside of the crosswalk.
The other happened around 4:30 this morning near Lake Avenue and Seneca Parkway.
Police say a car crashed into a tree and the driver died at the scene.
Police have not released the names of anyone involved in either crash.
