One person is presumed dead and a commercial building in Leicester is considered a total loss following a fiery crash this morning.
It happened when a vehicle went off the Cuylerville curve and hit the building. Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty says the driver of the car is presumed dead, and it is unknown if there was anyone else in the vehicle.
The fire ruined the building which had two stores inside -- an ice cream shop and a clothing store. It was empty at the time of the crash.
