City Council President Loretta Scott has been subpoenaed in the council's probe into the death of Daniel Prude.
The council's law firm subpoenaed 9 people a week ago, including mayor Lovely Warren and former RPD Chief La'Ron Singletary.
City Council began its own investigation into Prude's death last month, after family attorneys released body-cam footage of his death back in March
