A Rochester man already on parole for a gun crime is in more trouble.
State police arrested 27-year-old Jose Rivera yesterday on drug charges.
Troopers say Rivera refused to stop for a traffic violation on Joseph Avenue, then crashed and tried to get away on foot.
When he was arrested, troopers say he was found 109 bags of Fentanyl and a bag of cocaine.
