State Police have released the name of the man killed in yesterday's fatal car-pedestrian accident on 490 East at the Plymouth Ave. Exit.
20-year-old Tyrell Thomas of Rochester was killed when he was struck by an eastbound vehicle.
It's still not known why Thomas was in the road.
Troopers say the man had little clothing on and no identification with him when he died.
