Another person convicted in the burglary of a Parma gun store has been sentenced to prison.
Federal prosecutors say 36-year-old Marcos Guzman of Rochester will spend 20 years behind bars, and he's been ordered to pay more than $40,000 in restitution to August Chinappi, the former owner of Chinappi's Firearms and Supplies.
Guzman and his co-conspirators were convicted of stealing more than 90 weapons, mostly handguns, from the dealership. Most of them ended up on the streets and only about a third have been recovered.
