A Rochester man has been indicted on a 2nd-degree murder charge by a Monroe County grand jury.
Authorities say 25-year-old Joshua Ross beat 20-year-old Zaquan Jackson inside a car on Jefferson Avenue back in August.
Jackson died of his injuries 4 days after the attack.
Police say the two knew each other.
