Former Republican Congressman Chris Collins is again asking for a judge to delay the start of his prison sentence.
Collins is scheduled to begin serving his time October 13th, but his lawyers say that date should be pushed back to December due to concerns over the spread of coronavirus in prisons.
Collins pleaded guilty to federal insider trading charges last year.
He was later sentenced to 26 months behind bars.
