There's talk some fans may be allowed in the stands for the Bills next home game, October 15th against Kansas City.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz says the county would be in favor of allowing about 7,000 fans in the stadium. But he says a decision must come in the next few days, so the team can sell tickets. Season ticket holders would have the first shot at the tickets.
The decision on allowing fans is up to New York State.
Poloncarz is expected to talk with Governor Cuomo's office today.
