Police have released the name of a weekend homicide victim in the city.
The RPD has identified the victim as 27 year old Marcus Patterson of Rochester.
He and another man were shot on Emerson Street Friday afternoon.
The 2nd victim is expected to be okay.
Police say both victims knew each other.
No arrests yet.
