A Monroe County grand jury has indicted the man who was arrested this month for the killing of a Rochester teenager nearly 36 years ago.
Fifty-six-year-old Timothy Williams is charged with two counts of second-degree murder in the death of 14-year-old Wendy Jerome on Thanksgiving Night, 1984.
Williams is a former Rochester resident who has been living in Florida.
DNA that was found at the crime scene was linked recently to a relative of Williams in the criminal database, that led police to develop Williams as a suspect.
