A Rochester man has been charged in connection with yesterday's fatal crash in Gates.
43-year-old Anthony Vandoren is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide.
67-year-old Diane Donnelly and 81-year-old William Lawson, both of Hamlin, have been identified as the 2 people killed in the Spencerport Road accident.
Vandoren also faces aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while impaired by drugs, as deputies say they found either heroin or fetanyl in his work truck.
Vandoren's employer faces a misdemeanor for allowing him to drive on the job without a license.
