A Rochester woman is recovering from a gunshot wound this morning.
Police say a 26 year old woman took one round in the lower body on Lake Avenue just before 2 o'clock.
The victim was apparently in an altercation over someone using her vehicle without permission
She's at Strong with non-life threatening injuries.
