Black Lives Matter protesters are continuing to demonstrate outside Rochester's City Hall.
They are no longer blocking access to the building, but have gathered on the sidewalk nearby.
They have vowed to stay there until the officers involved in the death of Daniel Prude are charged.
They also want charges dropped for protesters who've been arrested and want the mayor and district attorney to resign.
